Order and fulfillment timeline

 

1. A customer places an order.

A customer completes the check out process. The customer provides payment and shipping information. 

 

2. We begin processing the order information.

The order is now processing. The quantity available for the listing is decremented. If there was a quantity of 1 at the time the order was placed, the listing will be changed to show it is "Sold Out." 

 

3. We verify the order.

We verify all informations relating to the order

 

4. We fulfill and ship the order.

We fulfill and ship the order within 3 days.

 

8. The customer receives the order. 

The package is received by the customer, if the product is damaged or the customer is not satisfied, he can return the product and get a complete refund.
